• Brand History - We are fortunate to have a legitimate BMX heritage dating back to the late 70’s when Thruster began sponsoring riders and winning national races. The unique Thruster “Tri Power” frame (still sold today) became a big hit at BMX tracks. In 1978, one of our riders Sal Zeuner, made the cover of BMX Action and was called “The King of the East Coast” and was the first rider from the East to earn the coveted NBL #1 ranking. Another rider, Timmy Judge, won dozens of races in both the ABA and NBL. Before his career was over, he won several National and World Championships. In addition to making our own frames, we also fabricated some of the early Hutch BMX products and several other brands in our Wayne, NJ factory. One thing for sure…you can’t buy legitimacy…you either have it or you don’t. We certainly have it. Dark Matter? But this bike is neon red! Yeah, you wont have any confusion about whether or not this bike exists.
