Important message to our valued customers about coronavirus

In an effort to maintain the health and safety of our staff, families, and customers we are changing the way our retail store operates in the near term. Western Cycle will remain open but we will be following social distancing guidelines.  We are limiting access to the store maintaining minimal social contact.  We do have an outdoor showroom setup in our front parking lot.  Most daily business is performed in front of our store outdoors, so please dress appropriately for weather.  This is a dynamic situation, and we will continue to respond appropriately as new information is made available

Our safety measures

We are taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends physical distancing, wearing of face coverings and regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. Our staff has increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning, taking extra care to wipe down surfaces.  We are taking special precautions to clean and wipe down all bicycle TOUCH POINTS such as Handlebars, stems, saddles, and grips as well as door knobs, counter surfaces, and keyboards. We encourage you to shop on our website or call the store for help in choosing the right product. please remember that you can always shop on our website for curbside pickup.

Guidelines for Retail store visit

Currently our showroom is open on a limited basis, however we have an outdoor showroom setup in our front parking lot outside the front door and we are providing online shopping as well as phone co-shopping with one of our knowledgeable service team members.

Guidelines for Bicycle repair service

We pride ourselves on quality, knowledgeable quick service but due to the current circumstances we are operating at a much slower pace.  We cannot offer on the spot repairs. Drop off for service does not require an appointment.  Just bring your bike to the shop, park it in the front bike rack outside and we will be out to assist you. We want your love of cycling to be a comfortable escape during a potentially stressful time. We encourage you to take a break from social media and the news to ride your bike. Get some fresh air, a dose of relaxation, and restore a sense of calm.
