The cups have extended inner sleeves and join with a center section, reducing the likelihood of creaking and increasing the reliability of the system while also eliminating spindle rub on internal cables. The cups mate with 24/22mm crank spindles. There are two bearing options. Both Standard and Coated Bearings feature super smooth CeramicSpeed Balls and hardened-steel races.
